Keep materials flowing, support frontline teams and help customers receive the service they deserve

The work our engineers do every day depends on having the right materials, stock and supplier support in place. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in making sure that happens.

From working closely with supplier branches and managing stock availability to supporting waste facilities and vehicle stock audits, you'll help ensure our supply chain operation runs smoothly, efficiently and safely.

If you enjoy coordinating activities, building strong relationships and solving operational challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with engineers, suppliers and colleagues across the business to ensure materials and stock are available to support service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Purchasing materials when engineers cannot self-serve or suppliers cannot meet requirements
  • Building strong relationships with supplier branches and resolving supply issues quickly
  • Monitoring material usage and stock levels across supplier locations
  • Coordinating van stock replenishment to support first-time job completion
  • Managing designated waste facilities and ensuring compliance with operational and environmental requirements
  • Completing vehicle stock takes and resolving stock discrepancies
  • Identifying opportunities to improve supply chain performance and efficiency
  • Working flexibly across the Supply Chain function, providing expertise and support where needed to ensure effective service delivery.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience within supply chain, logistics, stock control or materials management
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience monitoring stock levels and managing inventory processes
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using systems and maintaining accurate records
  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers and contractors.

What's in it for you?

At Bromford Flagship LiveWest, you'll be part of a team that helps our frontline colleagues succeed and enables our customers to thrive.

We offer:

  • A competitive salary
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service
  • A generous pension scheme
  • Flexible working arrangements where appropriate
  • Excellent learning and development opportunities
  • A range of wellbeing and lifestyle benefits.

Please submit your application by Tuesday 18 August 2026. Early applications are encouraged as we review throughout the campaign.
