This is a brand-new and exciting opportunity to shape and lead our approach to heat network compliance and performance in line with the 2026 regulatory changes.

With Ofgem now acting as the regulator for heat networks under the Heat Networks (Market Framework) (Great Britain) Regulations 2026, this role is critical in ensuring we meet new authorisation requirements, deliver excellent customer outcomes, and build a future-ready service.

You will be required to travel across our geography, with approximately five visits per month to sites or offices. A company car or cash allowance is provided to support this travel.

Join Bromford, part of Bromford Flagship, and become part of a leading housing provider delivering community-focused services across the Midlands and South West — all backed by the scale and ambition of the Bromford Flagship group.
