We're looking for a creative, detail driven Communications Specialist to help us bring our stories to life and make sure colleagues and customers feel informed, included, and inspired.

The role

As our Communications Specialist, you’ll work closely with Senior Communications Business Partners and the Communications Manager to create and deliver engaging, accessible content across a wide range of channels, including:

You’ll help shape internal and customer campaigns, enhance our digital platforms to boost engagement, and support the delivery of both colleague and customer events. You’ll also play a key role in keeping content up to date, relevant, and aligned with our brand and values.

This is a varied and hands-on role where your creativity, organisation and strong writing skills really will make a difference.

What you’ll bring

You’ll be someone who is passionate about great communication and delivering a brilliant customer experience. You’ll also bring:

  • Ability to create tailored content for different audiences
  • Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience supporting campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • A keen eye for design and detail
  • Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
  • Experience producing video or digital content
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and tools such as Mailchimp
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (desired)
  • Relevant communications experience (GCSE level or equivalent education)

How you’ll grow

We’ll support you to develop deeper communications expertise - including digital platforms, digital media, analytics, and broader sector knowledge. You’ll have opportunities to:

  • Contribute ideas and build confidence in a collaborative team
  • Enhance your understanding of customer and colleague engagement
  • Develop a stronger insight led approach to communication
  • Grow your knowledge of the housing sector and how we support thriving communities
