Join Our Team as a skilled Ground Worker 🏠🔨

At Bromford, we’re committed to providing safe, clean, and well-maintained environments for our customers. We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Ground Worker to help maintain our properties and deliver excellent service.

You’ll play a key role in keeping communal areas clean, addressing repairs quickly, and ensuring the properties meet the highest standards while upholding our Bromford values and putting customers first.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar ground working role.
  • Skilled in fencing, paving, concrete laying, kerbing, drainage, monoblock installation, tar laying, brick laying, and general site works.
  • A flexible working attitude with strong time management skills and the ability to travel as needed.
  • Proficient in using mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones.
  • Comfortable using emails and other computer systems.
  • Ability to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota on a rotational basis.
  • A full UK driving licence.

You’ll also need a Basic DBS check (we’ll arrange this for you), and the right to work in the UK. If you have qualifications, we’ll need to see the original copies of these.
