We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the business to achieve the aims of our health and safety policy. This position is crucial in ensuring that both our colleagues and customers thrive in alignment with our business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating their capability to navigate and manage health and safety requirements effectively within an organization of comparable size and complexity, with an expertise in building safety, landlord compliance, and contractor management.

It is essential that the successful candidate holds a NEBOSH diploma or an equivalent qualification. Membership of IOSH with a minimum of three years of continuous professional development (CPD) is desirable. The candidate must possess an excellent working knowledge of health and safety regulations and frameworks, enabling them to apply this expertise practically within our operational environment.

The Senior Health and Safety Advisor will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and must be adept at engaging with stakeholders confidently on all aspects of health and safety. Exceptional communication and strong influencing skills are crucial, as the role requires the ability to present and advocate for health and safety measures persuasively. Proficiency in report writing and the ability to use data to support recommendations and decisions are also essential skills for this role.

Given the nature of the role, the Senior Health and Safety Advisor will need to travel across our operational areas. Therefore, a Full UK Driving Licence is required. To facilitate this, the role comes with the option of a company car or a cash allowance alternative.
