Due to our continued growth, we are looking for organised, detail-oriented administrators to support our Operations Team.

In this key role you will:

  • Mainly deal with incoming requests from our neighbourhood coaches and customers on fly-tipping and pest control issues – supporting our teams to deliver excellent services to our customers!
  • Raise work orders and liaise with contractors
  • Manage customer communications and queries
  • Record and update trackers and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist the planning team with administrative tasks such as customer experience cases, emails etc
  • Work to deadlines by prioritising you work
  • Help identify process improvements and support the implementation of new initiatives.
