This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading housing associations and make your mark through implementing innovative energy strategies. We are seeking an experienced Utilities Manager to join our team and take the lead on developing and implementing energy and water procurement strategies across our housing stock.
We are looking for an innovative leader who can identify and execute opportunities to reduce consumption and costs across thousands of Bromford homes. In this role you will shape and deliver our energy strategy and take the lead advising our team on energy best practices and sustainability initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with third party energy brokers, maintaining supply contracts and utility registers, and ensuring billing compliance for heat networks.

This is a roaming role, a mix between working from home and from one of our offices in either Tewkesbury (GL20), Chipping Sodbury (BS37) or Wolverhampton (WV10). From time to time, you will be required to travel to other offices.
Due to the nature of the role a DBS will be completed for the successful applicant.
