Help shape better homes and stronger communities

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Investment Surveyor to lead the delivery of our home investment programme, including planned works, cyclical maintenance, and major repairs.

This is a role with real impact. You’ll take ownership of projects from end to end — from surveys, design and specification, through procurement and contract mobilisation, to on-site quality assurance. Your work will directly support our mission to provide homes that are more than just places to live — they’re the foundation of our customers’ wellbeing and future aspirations.

You’ll enjoy a varied and flexible working pattern, combining site visits, office collaboration, and home working. As travel is a key part of the role, we’ll provide either a company car or a cash allowance — whichever suits you best.

Working closely with internal teams and trusted supply chain partners, you’ll ensure our investment programme is delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards — always meeting compliance requirements and delivering excellent value for money.

About You

You’re a confident and commercially aware property professional who thrives on responsibility and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.

You’ll bring:

  • A strong track record of delivering property investment programmes within large, complex organisations

  • Experience managing contractors and supply chain partners to achieve performance and quality targets

  • Extensive experience in budget control and contract management

  • A degree, NEBOSH qualification, or equivalent in a construction or property-related discipline (or substantial relevant experience)

  • Confidence using mobile technology and digital systems in a field-based role

  • Excellent organisational skills and the flexibility to manage travel and workload effectively

Additional Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check

Closing date for applications: 15th March 2026
Please apply early, as we may close the vacancy early if we receive a high volume of applications.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact The Resourcing Team, at recruitment@bromford.co.uk.
