About the role
At Bromford, our purpose is to invest in homes and relationships so people can thrive. We believe every customer has a fundamental right to a home that is safe, secure, and warm — and we will never compromise on delivering homes that meet and exceed these standards.
We are recruiting three Healthy Homes Coordinators to join our growing team. These roles are central to ensuring our customers receive a responsive, well-coordinated service, particularly in relation to Damp and Mould (D&M) cases.
Join Bromford, part of Bromford Flagship, and become part of a leading housing provider delivering community-focused services across the Midlands and Southwest — backed by the scale and ambition of the wider group.
As a Healthy Homes Coordinator, you will coordinate the effective management of cases within the Healthy Homes Team, with a particular focus on Damp and Mould.
You’ll act as a central point of contact — directing and tracking enquiries, ensuring information is accurate and up to date, and progressing cases through triage, survey, and works stages. You will raise work orders, allocate actions to the appropriate teams, and ensure each case moves forward efficiently.
Often the first point of contact for emails, system tasks, and telephone enquiries, you will play a key role in keeping our service organised, responsive, and customer-focused.
A critical part of the role is monitoring case progress, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring clear, timely communication throughout. You will also help the team learn from customer feedback and insight, supporting continuous improvement in how we respond to Damp and Mould cases.
What We’re Looking For

A flexible and reliable approach to work, including managing time effectively and travelling where required.
Closing date: 16th March 2026
