At Bromford, our purpose is to invest in homes and relationships so people can thrive. We believe every customer has a fundamental right to a home that is safe, secure, and warm, and we will never compromise on delivering homes that meet — and exceed — these standards.

We are looking to recruit two Healthy Homes Planners to join our team. In these roles, you will play a vital part in planning and scheduling all activities required for Healthy Homes Surveyors to deliver exceptional service. You will coordinate surveys, manage schedules, and ensure resources are in place so our surveyors can work efficiently and provide the best possible service to our customers.

Join Bromford, part of Bromford Flagship, and become part of a leading housing provider delivering community-focused services across the Midlands and Southwest — all backed by the scale and ambition of the Bromford Flagship group.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking organised, proactive, and adaptable planners who can:

  • Monitor CE daily and arrange any surveys and damp & mould works as soon as they are required
  • Ensure surveyors diaries booked 10 days ahead and engineer diaries are booked in within target date
  • Contact customers ahead of survey or repair work date to arrange appointments.
  • Order any required pre-survey checks (e.g., asbestos surveys)
  • Raise and manage work orders in systems (e.g., Total, EAM) for internal and subcontracted works.
  • Allocate jobs to Healthy Homes Surveyors and Day to Day engineers and monitor progress.
  • Attend weekly/monthly planning and progress meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards throughout planning processes.

Closing date: 16th March 2026
We recommend applying early, as we may close this vacancy sooner if we receive a high number of applications.
