Are you an experienced coordinator who can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, professional approach within a supportive team?

Bromford is looking for a skilled Service Coordinator to join our busy Service Delivery Team in Chipping Sodbury, supporting the delivery of essential in-house gas services to our customers.

This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. You will work closely with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in service coordination, planning, compliance, or a similar fast-paced environment.

  • Strong IT skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional attitude.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan daily schedules for heating engineers and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of services and repairs.

  • Allocate emergency, urgent, and routine work to engineers effectively.

  • Monitor service requests, job progress, and productivity using digital scheduling platforms.

  • Liaise between customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding service issues.

  • Ensure all operational processes meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.

  • Assist with compiling performance reports, including KPIs and customer satisfaction data.


Additional Requirements

  • A Basic DBS check is required (arranged by Bromford).
