As a colleague experience apprentice, you will provide friendly and efficient support throughout the colleague lifecycle, helping to keep information accurate and assisting with a variety of HR tasks across the business. You’ll thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoy learning new skills while making a real impact.

This is a development-focused role, perfect if you’re eager to grow your career in HR. You’ll receive formal training both on the job and through an external provider, including a level 3 CIPD qualification, giving you transferable skills for the future. You’ll also be supported by a dedicated mentor and a friendly team committed to your success.

What you’ll do:

  • Support with colleague-related tasks and queries
  • Maintain accurate colleague records
  • Work with payroll to ensure timely payments
  • Contribute to a smooth, efficient HR service

Who we’re looking for:

  • Five GCSEs (including English and maths) or equivalent 
    OR relevant work experience 
  • Positive, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in HR
  • A team player with resilience and flexibility
  • Detail-oriented and methodical, even under pressure
  • Honest and able to handle sensitive information confidentially
