We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lettings Advisor Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the housing sector and gain valuable experience.
Job Description: As a Lettings Advisor Apprentice, you will support our lettings team in administrative tasks. You will be involved in managing our customers through the lettings process, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for Bromford and customers. You will receive comprehensive training and mentoring to develop your skills and knowledge in the housing sector. You will be enrolled in a relevant apprenticeship programme, gaining valuable industry-specific skills while earning qualifications in Housing and Property Management
You will enjoy being busy and working on a variety of administrative tasks to develop your skills and knowledge. You will, once trained, be a point of contact for our customers, colleagues, and external partners to manage lettings applications to support our customers move to a home which meets their needs.

Secondments:
If you are seconded into a role that pays more than your substantive role, you will receive a secondment allowance. This effectively “tops up” your pay to match that of the seconded role for the duration of your secondment. As the allowance is separate from your substantive salary, it is not included in e.g. performance-related pay (PRP) calculations, pension contributions etc.
If your salary is more than that advertised for the role you’re seconding into, there will be no drop in salary during the secondment.
