As part of our service delivery team, you’ll be there for our customers whenever they need you. You’ll be allocating work and tasks to your team of repairs engineers and monitoring their diaries, ensuring that all our properties and our customers receive the highest levels of service. In your role, you’ll build strong relationships, make new friends and have a genuinely positive impact on the lives of thousands of people.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be scheduling works using various systems, both proactively and reactively, and ensuring all emergency repairs are completed and actioned accordingly. All work should be complete within agreed timescales, so you’ll need to find the most efficient and commercial way of doing this, identifying, and highlighting any issues to the lead planner as they arise. You should action emails and tasks promptly, building and maintaining good working relationships with the lead planner, operational team and other teams, including the customer service teams.
